Deep Relaxation

Using guided imagery and visualization this session will bring you to a whole new level of relaxation.  While you remain in full control at all times – every muscle, cell, fiber of your body will be at ease; allowing energy to simply flow as nature had designed.  


When this session is done, you will be wide awake, feeling better than before with your worries and cares just washed away leaving you in a feeling of renewed state of health.  

Hypnotherapy takes your consciousness and sets that aside while your subconscious receives through an experience new positive suggestions on how to be positive, self confident, and how it feels to relax; allowing you to go back to this state of relaxation once again when recalled.  

The difference between this session and meditation is that meditation is to observe the thought process, and learn how it affects the body and emotions.
